Sea fish baked with vegetables
Sea catfish weighing 1, 2 kg
Lemon juice, salt
The sauce (mayonnaise, dried bell pepper pieces, parsley, nutmeg, mixed spices, black pepper, salt)
Frozen vegetables – cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, carrots, asparagus, bell peppers, green peas.
Catfish clean and dry. Since he was frozen, already cleaned and gutted. So the dish is to cook simple.
RUB the fish with salt and lemon juice.
Make the sauce: mix 5 tbsp. mayonnaise with a handful of dried paprika, parsley and dill (I had frozen), a pinch of nutmeg, ground black pepper and salt.
Prepare the vegetables. And my potatoes, not peeled, cut in half. Get out of the freezer and blend frozen vegetables (asparagus, carrots, peas, cabbage). Cut into slices Bulgarian pepper and raw pumpkin.
Get a baking sheet, cover it with foil, and grease with vegetable maslom start to put the prepared ingredients!
First catfish in the middle. Top generously grease with previously cooked fish mayonnaise sauce with seasonings.
Around fish, with potatoes cut in half and oiled with salt and vegetable oil.
On top of the potatoes the rest of the vegetables.
Add salt, pepper. Zoehka can be lubricated with lemon juice and mayonnaise to the vegetables. (Sprinkle with herbs at the end before serving).
Cover top with foil and put in preheated oven on medium heat. Bake half an hour. Remove the top layer of foil and put back in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Fish and vegetables should be Golden. To verify or fish is cooked – pierce with a wooden skewer it:)
